Welcome to MARS.  Call MARS, (Members Audio Response System) to access your Credit Union accounts any time of day or night, 7 days a week.  In effect, MARS puts a teller in your home, office, car or anywhere you may be with a touch-tone phone.  With MARS, you can:

  • Inquire about account balances
  • Inquire about account history
  • Inquire about cleared checks
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Transfer funds for loan and Visa credit card payments
  • Obtain prior year tax information

Using MARS is Easy.  To use MARS, all you need is your:

  • Account number
  • Personal identification number or PIN
  • Touch-tone phone

When you call MARS, a friendly voice will guide you through the menu. Changes to your account are updated immediately, accurately and confidentially.

An Introduction to MARS

The following is a summary of the script that you hear when you call MARS:

  • Welcome to MARS, Member Audio Response System.
  • Please enter your account number, followed by the # sign.
  • Please enter the personal identification code, followed by the # sign.
  • Please wait.
  • For monetary transactions, press 1.
  • For inquires, press 2.
  • For other transactions, press 3.
  • To end this call, press 0.

       Monetary Transactions (#1):

  • For share-to-share draft transfer, press 1.
  • For a revolving credit to share draft transfer, press 2.
  • For a revolving credit to share transfer, press 3.
  • For a trailer-to-trailer transfer, press 4.
  • For a credit card payment, press 5.
  • For an account-to-account transfer, press 6.
  • To return to the main menu, press 0.

       Inquires (#2):

  • For share inquires, press 1.
  • For share draft inquires, press 2.
  • For loan inquires, press 3.
  • For club inquires, press 4.
  • For certificate inquires, press 5.
  • For credit card inquires, press 6.
  • To return to the main menu, press 0.

       Other Transactions (#3):

  • To change your personal identification number, press 1.
  • For current and last year’s dividend and interest information, press 2.
  • To return to the main menu, press 0.

Your accounts are identified by “trailers”. While a list of trailers is noted below, please refer to the most recent statement for your specific trailers.

  • Club accounts include secondary savings, escrow and IRAs as well as vacation and holiday.
  • Revolving credit accounts are trailers 24 (Overdraft Protection) and 33 (Home Equity Line of Credit).
  • You may key in information prior to the completion of the voice prompt command.
  • While there is no maximum number of transactions that may be processed during any one call, calls may last no longer than 10 minutes.
  • MARS provides up to one year of history or as much as may be retrieved in 10 minutes.
